December Favorites

I have done so well this blogmas with making sure my posts are on to…but this post is sliding in at the eleventh hour. The last few days have been so incredibly busy, but insanely fun! I can not believe I have come to my last Friday Favorites of 2022. It seems so surreal, but here we are friends! The end of 2022 and the culmination of the holiday season. This just might be my Favorite Friday Favorites and I know I keep saying that, but it is so true. I adore the holidays and this season especially has been so incredible. From reconnecting with friends, to once again being able to experience Christmas in the city, it hasn’t ever been sweeter. I am so sad it is coming to an end, but it is just a reminder to live in the moment and be present. To savor each and every minute and really take time with loved ones. It is something I have really been doing this season and it makes it all the sweeter!

Red Bow Heels

I am obsessed with these heels and they are perfect for the holidays. They are such a classic heel, with the stiletto and strap but the sill bow adds that touch of glamour that I adore. I have been rocking them all holiday season from leggings to dresses. They are the ultimate christmas glam.

Decorations

I love going to look at decorations. Not only is its festive it brings me so much joy! From looking at them as I walk down the streets of New York, to exploring streets as we drive at night, to looking at the elegant ones in New Orleans. I love them and am always on the hunt as I drive at night.

My Holiday Nails

I know I mentioned them once, but I needed to mention them again, because they really are my favorite. I adore the red gold and green polka dots that are festive yet still subtle for this time of year. I have been getting so many compliments about them. Some people have even said that they look like ornaments, They are so simple yet stunning!

Sequined Blazer

I love a good blazer and one that has sequins is absolute perfection! This one from Lulus is perfect for some bling, especially this time of year with the holidays. I have worn it to quite a few holiday parties already and it is perfect for New Years Eve. I have styled it with sequins on sequins as well as my Spanx and a black tank top. I love the pizazz it adds.

Pretty Pink Cocoa

‘Tis the season for all things hot cocoa friends and Eat Pretty has one of the most if not the most Instagrammable hot cocoas out there. And it is yummy to boot! Who doesn’t love pink whipped cream and sprinkles? Especially this time of year! They also have festive pastries like snowman cupcakes and little bear cookies with ear muffs. I am obsessed with this place!

Radio City Rockettes

I got to see the Rockettes for the first time in seven years and it was so full of nostalgia and good holiday cheer! They had updated some things since the pandemic. And they also have made it very high tech with animations and even 3D scenes. You definitely have to go see it at least one or twice!

Spending the holidays with my god-daughter

This one is especially special. We went down to New Orleans to watch my cousin, her Mom, dance guesting as Sugar Plum and she was such a trooper! I do not know a better behaved two year old! And she is so sweet to boot! I have to say is it really Christmas without seeing the Nutcracker? And they are now coming up to New Hampshire for a mountain Christmas and I am SO excited! I feel like I am eight years old again getting to spend the holidays with my cousins!

What I am Watching

I am continuing to watch ALL the Christmas movies and am so sad it is coming to an end! Thankfully we have Christmas in July and streaming so we can watch it endlessly! I also watched the new Santa Clause series which was cute and so full of nostalgia! And after seeing the decor at Lotte Palace I rewatched Hawkeye. I have been listening to the spirited soundtrack on repeat. It is such a great feel good yet funny soundtrack that brings me so much joy!

How was your December? What were some of your favorites? Can you believe we are just about done with 2022?
