“Autumn is the season to find contentment at home by paying attention to what we already have.” Unknown
I am posting this with just over an hour to spare but, Happy Thanksgiving friends! I hope you have an amazing day filled with joy, gratitude, some humbleness, and of course all the delicious food! I am so grateful for each and everyone of you. Whether you are gracing my little speck of the internet, or gracing my life in person, or some combo of the two, I am forever grateful for you and incredibly blessed and humbled to have you in my life.
I have always lived, or at least tried to live, because I am only human, with an attitude of gratitude. As I always say there is always something to be grateful for even if it is just a cup of coffee. Being grateful isn’t easy. It, like everything in life, takes work. Some days are easier, and other days are very much harder, but when you move from a grateful heart it most definitely makes life better and brighter.
As we enter the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, which can be as stressful as it can be joyful, let us remember that. We can choose to be grateful, to be joyful, to look for the positive instead of the negative. Again it isn’t always the easy choice, sometimes we need to pause and remind ourselves of that. But it is the best way to live for ourselves and others and ultimately this beautiful world.
Happy Thanksgiving Friends!
What are you grateful for?
