Obsessories. I recently got an email from a clothing store about obsessories. I got to say It has a nice ring to it. What girl isn’t obsessed with accessories? I know I am.
An accessory can make or break an outfit. A statement necklace is the line in the sand between casual or formal. It can add the last minute touch, or scream to much.
Jewelry, scarves, shoes, bags, they all make an outfit from blah to say what?!?!
I could be considered the queen of obsessories. From countless scarves, to every kind of jewelry -and yes I even have some Tiffany’s – I pack more accessories when I travel then tops and bottoms.

Accessories are the James Bond of fashion when it comes to pulling a switcheroo on people. With the change or take away of a scarf and hat, people will not notice you wore that dress yesterday. And that shirt? No one will recognize it with the fabulous cashmere blend blanket scarf from Anthro covering it.
Fashion covertness at its best!
When I find a shirt or a dress I really love. I tend to wear it until it is so used and hole ridden (though I really wanted to pull a Harry Potter joke right here), it isn’t even fit for use as a dish rag. Accessories tend to conceal the fact I wore my favorite shirt all week. And yes I washed it – once or twice.

One of my favorite ways to wear accessories, besides using them to hide the fact that I am wearing the same shirt four days in a row, is to match.
Match?
Who wants to match?
So nineties and childhood sibling horror.
But matching your colors from nude shoes and scarf, to hat and handbag can take any outfit from normal to stylishly modern in as long as it takes to put on said accessories.

Matching the colors of your accessories creates pops of color as well as making an outfit cohesive. Plus, accessories are much easier to lug around the city then throwing a whole new outfit into your tote. Your shoulders will thank you!
Are you obsessed with accessories?
Loved them all esp the bold bracelet ✨
Thank you so much beauty! <3
