The Sunshine Sale
Every time September rolls around I get excited because it means that the Lilly Pulitzer Sunshine Sale is just days away! As a Lilly Pulitzer aficionado, it is the perfect time to stock up on favorite pieces as they are deeply discounted, and you really won’t get a better deal. Her designs rarely go on sale with the exception of the Sunshine Sale which is held twice a year, but the fall sale is in my opinion the much better sale, with all of her fun colorful summer prints from the previous seasons deeply discounted.
The sale begins today and I am rounding up my favorite items, many of which I own and can attest to how amazing they are that are part of the sale this year. And with the holiday season just around the corner, it really is the perfect time to stock up. Everything I am sharing is part of the sale.
Krysta Tunic
The Krysta Tunic dress just might be one of my favorite dress styles of Lilly Pulitzer, and I am obsessed with this fun print. It is a dress I literally rocked ALL summer and that worked well for dressy occasions, work, and just because I wanted to rock a dress. I love the flutter sleeves and the shift style is incredible flattering.
Malone Dress
Another favorite dress style and print, I adored the pockets in the Malone Dress. Definitely more of a sundress, but I did wear it out to dinner multiple times. I loved the colorful print and it is a staple to have in your closet.
Lindy Dress
Yes friends another dress, but Lilly literally makes the BEST dresses. The Lindy Dress is very similar to the Malone dress, but minus the pockets. The color is also slightly different, but I adore it. I also love the blue print which is actually on sale in multiple style dresses including the Hollie Tunic which is also part of the sale.
The Danette Sweater
The Danette Sweater is such a great piece to have. It is cozy, while still being lightweight and literally can be worn as a cover-up at the beach, with white jeans, or work out gear. I love how I can channel my love for summer year round.
NYC Blue Toile Print
The NYC Blue Toile Print is on sale as a whole and I am here for it. Paying my homage to NYC, I own it in the Kristen Swing dress, which is a great casual day dress. I also own it in the popover, which is the perfect addition to work out wear or as an added layer at the beach.
Johanna Cover-up
Another favorite style, I rocked the Johana cover-up all summer. The swim material makes it easy to get wet and dries quickly, while I also adore that it has pockets. I even threw it over my swimsuit and wore it to dinner a couple times. I own it in two prints and both are on sale!
Pareo
Another favorite piece, I rocked all summer, was the Pareo. I wore it as a dress and it was so chic and easy to use. I also styled it as a skirt and a wrap when the sun became to strong. I love that it is part of the sale and you definitely want to snag this piece!
The Skipper Sherpa Pullover
This Skipper Sherpa Pullover is fav I rocked all last winter. And the red color is perfect for the holidays! It is SO soft and cozy, and ALMOST makes those chilly nights bearable. It would make a great gift for the holiday season and any and all cozy Lilly Lovers in your life!
Honorable Mentions
As I mentioned I am so excited to shop this sale as the fall has the best items in my opinion. I have my eyes on a couple dresses including the Nalani Short Sleeve dress and the Charlet Linen Dress. I also created a collage of what I have my eye on, as well as items that I think would make great gifts this holiday season. Yes friends, I am beginning to shop for the holidays!
